BENADOR: Pesach, the Jews, The Land of Israel: Who is Friend, Who is Foe

Today, Jews worldwide celebrate Pesach or Passover for English speakers. Pesach is the story of how the enslaved Jewish people walked to their freedom from their slavery in Egypt -even though only 20% of Jews left Egypt, while 80% remained with their Egyptian masters. Just as in America, 80% of Jews voted for their incumbent president. And only 20% did not.
Be it as it may, throughout the reading of the Haggadah, the story of Pesach which is read throughout the seders or Pesach dinners, one can feel the omnipresence of God from the beginning of the story to the end of it... although now one can perceive that the story is not fully terminated, regardless of how much time we literally have left Egypt.
ICC Rightfully Says PA not a state
Not many may have realized that at the beginning of this week, the prosecutor for the International Criminal Court announced without a glimmer of a doubt that because the PA is not a state and therefore not an ICC member state, they cannot file complaints against the Land of Israel.
The PA filed a complaint against Israel for alleged war crimes during "Operation Cast Lead" in Gaza in 2009.
Furthermore, according to Dr. Meir Rosenne, former Israeli ambassador to the United States and France, under international law, the Jewish communities in Judea and Samaria are legal.
Last week, there were warnings of the infamous Global March on Jerusalem, wanting to enter the Jewish holy city of Jerusalem, the capital of the Land of Israel.
It was God’s will that no major harm was done against the Land He had given to His Chosen Children, the Jewish people.
Miracles surround the Land of Israel. It was a desert before the Jews arrived back from Europe.
Some may think that it was the bare hands of the Jews who made it blossom, but it was much more than that.
The Torah
It is in the Divine book where God mentions the name of the Land of Israel for the first time ever. There, God also gives the Land of Israel specific delineations of what its territory should be.
And it’s then that one can realize how contemporary Jews are not listening to God’s Words -as they only live in a parcel of what really should belong to them, while the ‘Palestinians’ as such not only are a non-entity and that they should have any other name but Palestinians.
Compared to what the Land of Israel should actually be, it is more understandable to expect no complaints.
Evicting Jews from Machpelah
As the Jewish world begin the festivities of Pesach in the Land of Israel and throughout the world, it is with shame that Jews worldwide have received the news that in the Land of Israel, the anti-Jewish godless secular government of Netanyahu and Ehud Barak has again expelled Jewish families, this time from Beit Ha Machpelah...

Netanyahu’s old friend and his Sayeret Matkal buddy, Ehud Barak, make a dynamic duo. Dynamic as in negative, evil dynamic. Ehud Barak, the one who disguised himself as a woman when it was time to avenge the eleven (11) Israeli Olympians murdered in Munich, is now no more a Labor guy, he is not even considered in the polls.
And though no political figure at all, Barak inexplicably continues to hold the post of Minister of Defense of the Land of Israel... and, in a bizarre way, his opinion seems to be the only one that counts -above Netanyahu’s, the coalition and the MK’s... Barak rules!
IDF Soldiers Used to Evict Jewish Brethren from Their Homes
Reading many accounts of how the IDF expelled the Jews on the orders of Netanyahu and Ehud Barak, and under the watchful eye of the Chief Rabbi, Rafi Peretz, one could have expected the latter to raise his voice and loud and clear tell those military men that they could not possibly evacuate the Jews from Beit Ha Machpelah, because regardless of the title of property that they anyway had, מערת המכפלה, Me’arat ha-Machpela is the place where the Jewish Patriarchs and Matriarchs are buried. Indeed, in the first book of the Torah, Bereishit, or Genesis, Abraham purchased the cave and adjoining field, 3,700 years ago.
The Patriarchs and Matriarchs of the Jewish people, Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, Sarah, Rebecca, and Leah are buried there. The only matriarch missing in Machpelah, is Rachel, who was buried near Bethlehem where she died in childbirth.
This author is thankful to be no longer an IDF mother. As I once told the IDF Chief Rabbi himself, Rafi Peretz, I did not raise my child to evict other Jews from their homes. I could not even bear the thought of that possibility. That’s unacceptable.
Chag kasher v’sameach
As we get ready to begin our eight day Pesach celebration, and when we all rejoice about having moved from slavery to responsible freedom, the shocking news that our Jewish men have evicted Jewish families from their homes as they were preparing to celebrate Pesach, is simply sickening.
“Preparing” for us, means deep, almost compulsive clean, removing anything that could be or could have been in touch with “hametz”, even the tiniest vestiges of leavened bread, as we take very seriously the tradition of following the same pattern of what happened to our people as they left slavery and moved in their long, long walk to freedom -without any leavened bread, only with the 18-minutes cooked matzah, which is leaven-free, just as all the unleavened food we eat during eight days.
And yet, the godless ruthless political and military leadership of the Land of Israel, had nothing better to do than ruin the Pesach for those Jewish families in Machpelah.
Hillul Hashem
The most serious problem is that everyone is committing Hillul Hashem. The political/military leadership is. The Jews from Machpelah, because while they decide to take the risk and live there, they don’t go all the way and therefore allow other “jews” to evict them.
Hillul Hashem is committed when Jews allow others to have the impression that they are not being protected for God -when in reality, they are the ones failing God, they are the ones who do not believe unconditionally in God.
Pesach is not over
The way out from slavery is not over.
It is not over when Netanyahu and Ehud Barak become idolaters of power and authority, when they commit crimes against their own people.
It is not over when the Jewish people behave sheepishly, instead of fighting for their God-given rights and trust that God will in the end support them, if and when they do what's right and make the final decision.
 Pesach is not over when 80% American Jews turn their back on God and their peoples.
Pesach’s Maror
The Maror are the bitter herbs that we will have to eat tonight to remember the bitterness of slavery. And, thanks to the godless Erev Rav in the likes of Netanyahu, Ehud Barak and their government, that bitterness will be with each of us tonight.
Tonight as we gather together, may we pray at the seder table and also after we recount the history of the Exodus, let’s make sure to make aware our families, hosts and guests about the tragic situation inside the Land of Israel nowadays....
And, may we also remember on this Pesach 5772, that there is no man on Earth, no president or prime minister that has any power to decide on the fate of Jerusalem and the Land of Israel at large, because what was given by God to His Children, no man can take away.

Recently, a rather unusual phenomenon within traditional opposition to mainstream media may announce a fundamental change. News hit the wires announcing that NewsCorp, Rupert Murdoch’s conglomerate company, is undergoing a renewed uprise among shareholder activists calling for his resignation as chairman -in the aftermath of his son James’ resignation as chairman of its British pay-TV giant. Catholic Father Seamus Finn, shareholder activist at Interfaith Center on Corporate Responsibility, seems to be spearheading shareholders’ concerns about the Murdochs. But, is it only that? We cannot possibly forget the looming presence of someone who has been actively encroaching our media, our businesses, our education systems, our political life... And, that’s none other than Rupert Murdoch’s partner, Alwaleed. Sadly, one of the deadliest mixtures in life is greed, business and naivete. Lethal. The Masters The ultimate symbol in the super-rich lifestyle: a huge plane to show off their wealth while conducting business crossing the skies above 40,000 feet. Airbus will deliver this year the most expensive personal jet with a final price well beyond $500 million -the A380 double-decker- ordered in 2007 by the Saudi prince Alwaleed bin Talal, chairman of Kingdom Holding Company, a major investor in Citigroup. The price will include the cost of outfitting it with one-of-a kind amenities. The original plans included a prayer room that rotates so it always points toward Mecca. Included are also a garage for two Rolls-Royces, a stable for horses and camels, a pen for hawks. Prince Alwaleed’s investments in America have a particular interest in media and education: Already back in December 2005, Alwaleed invested $20 million dollars to support and expand the Center for Muslim-Christian Undersanding at Georgetown University. Alwaleed donated $20 million dollars to Harvard University in April 2009, ranking among the 25 largest donations the university had so far received. So was established the Prince Alwaleed Bin Talal Islamic Studies Program at Harvard University. Twitter, the microblogging service with more than 100 million users, received a $300 million investment from Alwaleed. Reportedly, the prince’s holdings in Citigroup are now in the range of 1 billion dollars. But, he is not the only one. Boeing’s new version of 747, the 747-V.I.P. which can carry 460 passengers, was delivered to another private customer in the Middle East rumored to be the emir of Qatar. Etcetera... Murder of Americans The example par excellence will be the massacre caused by Major Nidal Malik Hasan who in an uncontested hate crime committed at Fort Hood murdered 13 military personnel and wounded 29 -and yet, Malik has kept his rank, probably also his pay, and no one was rushed to court martial him. To add insult to injury, his was declared a “work related violence” by the Obama Administration even though it was the worst massacre caused by a Muslim terrorist since 9/11. But, when Sergeant Robert Bales, a twice decorate American hero of two war deployments, snaps on his third deployment, he has been immediately tried and charged with 17 counts of murder in the Afghan shooting. The political liberal leadership has infested the military who now in their sick minds have accepted that saving the enemy is commendable and having our own being killed by the enemy is also commendable. There is something definitely wrong in this picture. International Institute for Islamic Thought brainchild: Islamophobia Many may not be aware but this institute exists and operates out of Virginia and was founded with seed money from the Muslim Brotherhood. This is the crib where the term “Islamophobia” was coined, using the example of the homosexual world, where “homophobia” was also invented along those lines. Islamophobia is a manipulative terminology, designed exclusively to arise the guilt and remorse among us, for something that does not exist... but the feeling is simply based on countless facts and disasters connected and provoked by sources coming from... Islam and the Muslim world, namely, organized, diligently prepared and cruelly executed Islamic, Muslim terror that follows precise instructions given by their prophet Mohammed in their operational ideological instruction manual, the Koran. The 9/11 massacres have been defining in our deep sentiment about Islam, the Muslims and their ambitions about world domination, including our world. So, if our reprehension is not welcome, maybe they can re-read the line above and understand that ours is a rational aversion against people who practice and have beheaded many from our own. Stoning, beheading, honor killing, mutilation, and so on... is honestly a future that no one can look forward to and smile. So, sorry if Muslims feel we have a problem with them. Maybe they could start their own revolution so that they can accommodate also to our values of life, happiness, culture, science, music, art, and so on... Muslim Iraqi Woman Killed in El Cajon, San Diego, California First let’s take a look at Muslim life in El Cajon, part of the larger San Diego, in California. And here some information that’s available for San Diego Muslims. Last March 25th, it was reported that an Iraqi Muslim woman had been beaten to death in El Cajon. Police found her with a note “Go back to your country.” Reports immediately included allusion to a hate crime. By the same token we can also make allusion to the fact that Muslims do not hesitate to kill their own wherever that is. We can also add another truthful argument, which is that taqqiya allows Muslims to distort truth and do whatever needs to be done in order to advance Islam’s world domination. Why would the death of this woman advance their cause? Simply because it would make our authorities search for the murderer and continue weakening our position, because it is in our societies that they will be looking for the murderer regardless the fact that very seldom we see such crimes -which is more in their style of murder. And as we will see next, when the opposite happens, then we only hear “condolences” on the part of the malignant Obama administration. American Teacher executed by Al Qaeda in Yemen On March 18th, an American working in Yemen was executed in the city of Taiz, by a group tied to al-Qaida who explained the execution, because of his "Christian proselytizing." And, here the lame statement by the State Department "We can confirm that a U.S. citizen was tragically killed in Yemen.” State Department’s spokesman later told NBC News. "We condemn this heinous crime in the strongest terms and express our deepest condolences to his family and friends." Sure, our government “condemns” and sends “deepest condolences...” But they did not ask for the murderers to be caught, tried and executed, did they? Brainwashed Americans Condolences seem enough for this Administration. And for Americans. As it is, in what’s called the “One Million Hijabs for Shaima Alawadi,” many non-Muslim women have been posting photos of themselves wearing a headscarf in honor of the Iraqi Muslim woman recently killed. There is even a Facebook page ad hoc for that, with over 10,000 “likes.” While this is unconfirmed, it seems that some posting on that page have identified themselves as Catholics, Quakers, Mennonites, Jews, Pagans, and atheists. But, again, everything that goes on social media is very difficult to verify. The Danger for Americans Is Real And Now But what’s most dangerous for gullible Americans now is an inordinate Muslim call to “fight the system and defeat Islamophobia.” And this is to be taken seriously. It’s time for Americans to understand that good will is simply not enough and that to trust a political ideology under the wrap of religion, is not wise and is going to further open the doors to people who although they may seem nice and agreeable at first, if and when they are called to do whatever is demanded from them, they will not hesitate to join their own. It is time that we finally understand that our system is not working. We have an anti-American president, an anti-constitution Supreme Judge, a Secretary of State that when she goes around in the world, she can’t miss mentioning about “American” terrorism, so as to make feel better those who actually have invented and produced terrorism, we have senators and representatives that are spineless. And the list goes on. It seems that American flesh and blood has no value for our government -and even less for Americans themselves -because no one is standing up and refusing totalitarianism that’s taking the country and many generations to come, directly into slavery. BENADOR: Tyranny on Rise: Obama vs Supreme Court but with Muslim Brotherhood

“Yesterday the president went out of his way to try to exert maximum pressure on the Supreme Court judges. Where was the uproar?“ Eliana Benador In an unprecedented moment, Obama left for posterity, his tape showing how he overstepped the law, as you can see here. First of all, he lied: in reality, the health care law, the Affordable Care Act, ACA, was not passed unanimously as he lied. The ACA was passed by a party-line vote in the Senate and seven votes in the House, and what is more striking is that it passed without NO support of ANY of the Republicans. Going ahead with his anti-America project in order to tyrannize the country and enslave the American population in a revenge worthy of his “father’s dream,” Obama used a psychological approach to intimidate the adversary, none other than the justices of the American Supreme Court themselves. With an insolence that he has been used to, ever since he was granted the lease of Pennsylvania Avenue 1600, the soon to finish his term in the White House, Barack Hussein Obama overstepped his role and his power. In front of America and the world Obama issued a veiled warning to the judges to not be led by what he offensively called “judicial activism, or political activity on the part of the justices,” when in reality they are simply supposed to show fidelity to the Constitution of the Republic of the United States of America. America’s Founding Father, Alexander Hamilton presented it clearly in The Federalist Papers where he simply explained that the Supreme Court and its judges’ fidelity to the Constitution itself was the highest expression of fidelity to “We the People of the United States,” the body of representatives who ratified the Constitution. Bottom line is that, Obama is really having an issue with the Judicial review which he is obviously considering as an usurpation of his apparent tyrannical goals. Therefore, if the ACA's individual mandate is rejected, this will be fully within the legitimate exercise of the judicial powers of the Supreme Court and that’s the way in which the rule of law is preserved in the United States of America. What is the problem with the Affordable Care Act? In a nutshell, it would be the very first time in our history, that a law would make it compulsory for every American adult to participate “in commerce,” which is not permitted by our Constitution. Note that what our Constitution actually permits is to “regulate” commerce, not to impose it on every single American adult. Obama’s Supreme Court Appointees There are nine Supreme Justices. Two of them, Sonia Sotomayor and Elena Kagan, are Obama’s appointees. They were both elected by 68-31 and 63-37, respectively. Apparently, Sonia Sotomayor though appointed by Obama, considers herself an independent. But, how independent might she be. Will she choose country or the man who appointed her? It is known that presidents appoint justices in order to have their views represented and also to allow for their power and influence to survive them beyond the end of their respective terms. Obama a “democrat” for the world, not for America Will the Supreme Court Justices realize how radically different Obama is from what we could consider the “regular” American guy. The “regular” American President? No, he is most certainly not that, by far. Obama’s global and anti-colonialist agenda overwhelms his attitude to our country. This is a man that is up to destroy the essence of America. And, so far, he is succeeding. Meanwhile... Muslim Brotherhood Delegation Visits Washington “We represent a moderate, centrist Muslim viewpoint. The priorities for us are mainly economic, political — preserving the revolution ideals of social justice, education, security for the people,” Sondos Asem, a member of the delegation, said Tuesday in an interview with reporters and editors of The Washington Post. And, gullible Americans take it on face value. But, there is more than meet the eye here. There is the ever looming presence of Islamic, Muslim taqqiya... the right of a Muslim to distort the truth at will in order to advance the Islamic agenda of world domination. And, if murderers, terrorists, need to show their teeth in smiling to prove naive Americans how nice they are, that’s what you will see them doing. That’s for sure. So, it’s time for the murderers, the terrorists who support Hamas and Muslim terror in general, to visit Washington, D.C., and one should not be surprised if one of these days, we see our president beaming next to his “friends” the Muslim Brotherhood representatives in a visit where they most likely won’t forget to thank him for having facilitated their ascension to power and, most importantly, to legitimacy, because before Obama, the Brotherhood was banned and repressed by President Mubarak’s regime. It would be lame to pretend the brothers did not instigate the uprising against him, but working underground, who knows where the truth is. Fact of the matter is that in the end, the Muslim Brotherhood has been the main beneficiary of free elections which have push them not only to legitimacy but also to the brink of power at a national, regional thanks to active support given by the American president to this terrorist group, one of the leading enemies of the West, including Europe, America and the Land of Israel. Legitimacy may be new for the brothers, but they managed to spread their influence beyond Egypt in their 84-year history, and the so-called Arab Spring has opened broad new political horizons in which the group hopes will reflect its founder, Hassan al-Banna’s vision who, beyond Arab unity, believed in Islamic unity. Supreme Court Judge Ginsburg dissing American Constitution Late January 2012, Ruth Bader Ginsburg, Supreme Court Judge, visited the post-Mubarak Egypt. At the end of an address to students in Egypt, Judge Ginsburg, America’s judicial representative, counseled the Egyptians that, if she were in their stead, “I would not look to the U.S. Constitution, if I were drafting a constitution in the year 2012.” And, why so, when this document has reflected and ensured the God-given “blessings of liberty” of the American people for over 200 years? Instead, Ginsburg went on to point to countries whose people look to government, and not God Almighty, as the giver of their rights. If only the American people would care, they would have immediately moved to demand the immediate “leave” of Judge Ginsburg. Hers was treason to the serious job she was entrusted with. But, as someone said: “If the people don’t care, then the best constitution in the world won’t make any difference,” That was Ginsburg who said it -and in that, she was right. Supreme Court Moment of Truth As such, with all this information, how are we going to trust the Supreme Court? It is maybe for them to take a look at this address by Professor Dinesh D’Souza, on Obama, the Manchurian president, the democrat who is not who we believe are real American democrats. Obama is looking to disintegrate America’s Exceptionalism and he is succeeding with the help of our highest ranking military and, now, maybe even with the help of the justices of the Supreme Court. God forbid. But, the truth is that Obama is counting with someone special to succeed destroying America and her Exceptionalism in the world: The indifferent American people, republicans and democrats alike. The American People at large, with their inaction, has decided to become Hussein Obama’s best ally to destroy this beautiful, incomparable country. May God bless and protect America. BENADOR: Obama vs Bales, Thousands Afghan Civilians Taliban Victims

“In time of universal deceit, telling the truth is a revolutionary act.” George Orwell Springtime has finally arrived and it didn’t take long for the dust to settle. So has American public opinion now almost buried in the dust of the desert they lodge in their hearts the one topic that should not only be burning their blood but, above all, their conscience. A highly decorated, twice injured in his services in Iraq, 38-year old veteran of four combat tours, American hero, Sergeant Robert Bales, is now being sullied by the treasonous Obama government -unbelievably, under the watchful eyes of American Patriots waiting yet for the sign to give their help to their man. The corrupt liberal, progressive, pro-Iranian, pro-Muslim, pro-Russian, pro-Cuban, godless, anti-patriotic, anti-American, so-called American president, Hussein Obama, is getting his way, once again. And, no one, not the former veterans associations, not the wounded warrior associations, not any American so-called Patriot groups or individuals are, to the knowledge of this writer, raising their voices to call for action and call for Justice. To begin with, why are we even in forlorn Afghanistan...? We are in Afghanistan because of the 9/11 attacks, planned by the Al Qaeda terrorists based in Kandahar or some other, for regular-Americans, unpronounceable Afghan town. The initial goal was to dismantle the al-Qaeda terrorist organization and stop them from using Afghanistan as a base. Then, the Bush administration also said that the Taliban regime would be removed from power in order to create a viable democratic state.. And, Obama inherited it... Obama Manipulates American Media Indeed, at a time when Americans should have been concentrating on one of our heroes, to make sure he was given the right respect and treatment, by coincidence “in” comes the Trayvon Martin story, just in time to distract everyone. And, what are Obama and his people doing? Appears that the big news are that so-called “civil rights” leaders as Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton are sharpening their sabers to attend a rally in Sanford, near Orlando... Most certainly to defend “rights” of the black people, the African-Americans as they love to call themselves, as if they forgot that Justice has already been done! They already have a black American president. Obama takes America to Hell The laxist liberal ways of Obama’s leadership are being successful taking America to the deep bottom of hell, because what is called “conservative” Americans simply do not seem able to feel the same intensity of passion to protect our poor country -unlike the extreme passion shown by the left and their relentless passion to destroy America. Otherwise, how can anyone explain that America is being brought down, brick by brick, minutiously, not leaving a spot unturned --and no one is protesting. No one will imagine my happiness the other day when a rally to defend religious freedom had taken place... That was something, a tiny step in the right direction. Meanwhile, Obama’s plan to re-configure our country goes full speed. An American Hero is being Charged Sure, who wouldn’t be sorry there are casualties anywhere. But, in the world of adult males, war is war. Therefore, when someone otherwise sane, courageous, patriotic, loving his family and yet sacrificing himself to go and defend you and me, commits something unbelievable as what allegedly American Sergeant Bales is accused to have done... then there at least temporary insanity could be understood and invoked. Reading this very informative, scientific article about The Charles Whitman Precedent, will provide some invaluable, otherwise unavailable, information on the Bales case from the medical point of view. It demonstrates the challenges, risks and unseen and sometimes hardly identifiable military work injuries on our men and women always at risk. It is dismal to read the comment below that article, showing no compassion and, even less, gratitude or understanding to our men in uniform. How dare anyone in this country not respect these men and women sacrificing themselves and their families. Such an ungrateful country should actually consider our military families as part of the collateral war wounded. Mrs. Karilyn Bales She is young, has two children. And, when her husband wanted to join after the massacres that were afflicted against the American people on that fatidic 9/11, that great American Patriot, Robert Bales, she accepted. He, gave up on his married life with his loving wife agreement, and to defend you and me, he joined our glorious military. What a formidable gesture of selflessness, of altruism, of courage and of dignity in a young man who wanted to sacrifice everything to defend his country. Now, she has been dragged into the limelight and she has declared her husband simply “could not have done that.” I believe her. Betrayal When this happened, of course the first thing we heard was from Hussein Obama, profusely apologize to Karzai took a tone speaking to the current American president as if he (Karzai) was the boss. To make a long story short, now fifty thousand dollars have been given to “pay” for the each of 16 people killed, according to initial accounts. However, now Americans are telling us there is one more victim. It appears that they have given to one single person, who allegedly lost 11 of his relatives, the whooping amount of 550,000 dollars, to villagers who probably don’t even speak well their own language and who most certainly were anyway at risk of being killed by their terrorists. And, who most likely are not even able to count to five hundred. And, what would they do with such an outrageous fortune? The Taliban will be around to make sure they don’t “lose” that ransom paid by the American government. How disgraceful! Who has payed for the 9/11 victims massacred by Afghan supported terrorists? No one to my knowledge. But, Hussein Obama, should do the math -even if most likely it was not his forte. First of all, a proportional rate can be established counting the following factors: America has just paid 50 thousand dollars for each of the uneducated Afghans dead on the alleged attack. The acceptable running prize for the life of each American massacred on 9/11 should therefore be 50 million, to say the least. There were roughly 3,000 victims massacred. Let’s give the bill to the Afghan government. John Henry Browne Sergeant Robert Bales was charged on Friday with 17 counts of premeditated murder and six counts of assault and attempted murder in connection with a March 11 attack on Afghan civilians, American forces in Afghanistan announced, though he is at an American base, on American soil. One man on which Patriotic Americans and military veterans can count to make sure Justice will be blind, is John Henry Browne, a criminal attorney with a pristine reputation, from Seattle. Mr. Browne’s image projects a combative and fiery style. Just the perfect match for a corrupt, deceitful Hussein Obama, his administration, the DoD and the military. A missing detail: Afghanistan: Anti-Government Elements This is an amazing piece of information for American Patriots: According to the United Nations Assistance Mission in Afghanistan (UNAMA) reported that in 2011 “Anti-Government Elements caused 2,332 conflict-related deaths of Afghan civilians, up14 percent from 2010. [In other words, the equivalent to] 77 percent of all conflict-related civilian deaths in 2011 were attributed to Anti-Government Elements.” But, who are Afghanistan’s “Anti-Government Elements?” “Anti-Government Elements” is the dry-cleaned version that Karzai’s Afghan government has come up with to change the “image” of “insurgent” or terrorist groups that are included in that category, namely the Taliban, but it includes as well various other Afghan and foreign jihadist groups. These terrorist groups, while using tactics as diverse as improvised explosive devices (IED) they also practice kidnapping and abduction, suicide bombing, executions or assassinations and, naturally, ground engagement. “Anti-Government Elements increased their use of IEDs and suicide attacks against obvious civilian targets. In incidents where intended targets appeared to be military, those responsible for placing or detonating IEDs showed no regard for the presence of civilians and no evidence of distinguishing between civilian and military targets in violation of the international humanitarian law principles of distinction, precaution and proportionality. Anti-Government Elements also deliberately targeted and killed civilians not taking a direct part in hostilities, mainly individuals who supported, or were perceived as supporting the Government of Afghanistan or international military forces.” Extracted from “Afghanistan civilian casualties: year by year, month by month." Conclusion The American people have now a point of reference -where they can see and analyze by themselves the barbaric methods and war crimes committed in Afghanistan by their own radical Islamist virulent and vicious terrorists massacring, without no remorse whatsoever, their own civilian populations, showing total disrespect for the value of the life of any human being. It is criminal that Afghanistan’s Karzai government has invented the notion of “Anti-Government Elements” with the intention to whitewash the criminal activities of their home-grown terrorist groups, among them, the Taliban -and by doing so, Karzai completely loses credibility and, even worse, all moral authority to set any condition in dealing with our government, especially in the case of Sergeant Bales. Sergeant Bales’ case is only unfolding and it is certain that his war wounds, the mental stress and the duress of being a multiple-deployed and injured soldier, may have had a defining influence in his behavior. When soldiers who have the most intimate wish to defend their people and country are deployed, once in the field, they find that they and their comrades in arms, have to deal with such damning instructions as “courageous restraint” where, oxymoronically sick, they are rewarded with medals for not killing -if possible, maybe even the enemy shooting at them.... All that said, the one thing that will matter in the Bales case is the support that American patriots will give to this American hero. Will Mr. Bales be able to count with the indestructible support of the American people? At this point, this is what the Bales Family in their entirety need. Your unfailable, unconditional, persevering and most loyal support. This, is the time when Americans should rally and show their loyalty and their thankfulness to their military. They are only human. One attack does not represent who we are. The way this society will treat this highly decorated American hero of the war in Iraq, wounded warrior, Staff Sergeant Robert Bales, his wife and children, will show if we still can behave as part of a resilient civilization, compassionate and loving, standing as one behind one of their own who is in dire need of their support... or if we are already engulfed in the anti-American, suicidal, liberal political ideology of the Hussein Obama curse. It happened that Rabbi Eliezer, Rabbi Yehoshua, Rabbi Elazar ben Azaryah, Rabbi Akiva, and Rabbi Tarfon were reclining at the [Seder] table in B'nei Brak, and they were recounting the story of the Exodus from Egypt all that night, until their students came in and told them: “Our Rabbis! The time has come for the recitation of the morning Shema!” (From the Pesach Haggada)
It happened. Rabbi Maimon suggested a nice idea regarding the historical background of this episode. Even though it is not clear whether it is historically accurate, it sheds essential light on understanding the milieu in which these five sages lived and were active. Rabbi Maimon asks: why did these four great Tannaim leave their homes on the Seder night to travel to B'nei Brak, the home of Rabbi Akiva. Indeed, according to the Talmud, each of the other four Tannaim had houses of study in other cities. More than this: given that they wanted to sit together – why at the house of Rabbi Akiva, who was considered the student in relation to the others? His explanation is that this episode occurred during the period of preparation for the revolt of Bar Kochba – whose arms-bearer and one of the leaders of the revolt, was Rabbi Akiva ( Mishne Torah, Hilchot Melachim/Laws of Kings 11:3). It should also be noted that the Rambam writes that the other sages of the generation also supported Bar Kochba. Accordingly, when these five sages sat in B'nei Brak, precisely at the place of Rabbi Akiva who was at the center of the revolt, they engaged not only in recounting the Exodus from Egypt in the past tense, but – and principally - the “Exodus from Egypt” of their own time. As is well known, the first redemption was a portent for the final Redemption. This means that in order to understand the fundaments of the final Redemption – which is predicated on faith, self-sacrifice and Kiddush Hashem – the fundaments of the first redemption must be learned thoroughly. Therefore, studying the first redemption, and studying the final Redemption, are one and the same thing! As is known, the Bar Kochba Revolt occurred about 60 years after the destruction of the Second Temple. Nevertheless, the belief and the understanding that it was possible to bring the Redemption today, if you would hearken to His voice still beat in the hearts of these leaders of Israel.

For regarding the last exile (as opposed to the Babylonian exile [of 70 years]), no fixed period was ever predetermined. And so, they sat throughout that night, discussing the present revolt, whose purpose was to usher in that day which would be greater than the Exodus from Egypt (See the Talmud, Berachot 13a). For if one sits and tells of the Exodus from Egypt as belonging only to the past, and does nothing for the current Redemption – then what value is there in all the stories he tells on the Seder night? For him, the recitation of the Haggadah really is, as Rabbi Yehuda ha-Levi described it, “like the twittering of a starling”! And in this context, it should be noted that Rabbi Menachem Kasher, in his book ha-Tekufah ha-Gedolah (“The Great Era”), writes that in this generation, the obligation of the Seder night is to relate not only the story of the Exodus from Egypt, but also the miracles of our generation – those miracles of the beginning of the Redemption, which were greater even than the miracles of the Hasmoneans. These miracles, and the events that the Jewish nation has undergone for a century past, can also bring the Jew to faith. As with the Exodus from Egypt, we again saw that out of total despair and terrible humiliation, we arose and revived our nation – after everyone had already eulogized us. And in the same vein, we can add that we should not only sit and recount the miracles, but rather – like Rabbi Akiva and his colleagues – we should sit and discuss the future continuation of the Redemption process. We must ponder how to advance the Redemption, how to smooth the road to Redemption, and how to continue in the path of Bar Kochba and Rabbi Akiva in order to bring the Redemption that is knocking at the gate – immediately, quickly, and without unnecessary suffering – for it is not enough to sit and wait for the Mashiach, we must actively bring him. According to this explanation, the sages did not notice that the time for the morning Shema had arrived, not just because they were engrossed in deep discussion, but also because, for reasons of secrecy, they were sitting in a place that sunlight would never reach.

Our Rabbis! The time has come for the recitation of the morning Shema! This call can also be explained as hinting at something deeper. The recitation of the Shema is the symbol par excellence of the acceptance of the yoke of Heaven, which brings one to self-sacrifice. Rabbi Akiva said, when he was executed by the Romans, that he had always been concerned that he might not have the opportunity to fulfill the mitzvah of sacrificing his very life for Kiddush Hashem: When will my chance come to fulfill it? And his soul departed with the word echad (“one”). Hence, these students were telling their rabbis: Our Rabbis! The time has come to accept unto ourselves the yoke of Heaven, and to go forth and to revolt against the Romans who oppress and humiliate the Jewish nation and desecrate the Name of Heaven. We can thereby bring the Redemption, even at the price of supreme self-sacrifice. For one of the conditions for redemption is self- sacrifice. Indeed two of the sages mentioned here, Rabbi Akiva and Rabbi Tarfon, are among the Ten Martyrs; and several of the Ten Martyrs were students of these sages. The Romans killed them for violating their decrees and, as already mentioned, for their active involvement in the Bar Kochba revolt. Significantly, one of the decrees of the Romans in that generation was the prohibition of reciting the Shema. Rabbi Meir said: Once we were sitting in front of Rabbi Akiva in the Beit ha-Midrash; we were reading the Shema, but we were not reciting it audibly, because of a Roman soldier who was standing by the door. (Tosefta Berachot 2:13) Apparently, this statement is a similar encoded hint of resistance to Roman occupation, along the lines of the commentary on the preceding section.

The time has come for the recitation of the morning Shema. These five Tannaim were sitting and discussing the “Exodus from Egypt” of their generation, i.e. planning how to bring about the final Redemption; and, as we just explained, this is of paramount importance. How, then, can the recital of the Shema take precedence over this? There are two answers: First, Judaism demands precision in the tiniest details of the mitzvot, and one who treats the small details (which might appear to be of secondary importance) lightly, will eventually treat the major principles lightly. Unfortunately, we have seen this in our generation: Some of the greatest thinkers in the nationalist movement abandoned the details of the mitzvot, according them secondary importance, preferring to deal with the “truly important” issues. But ultimately, since the absolute values of Torah did not define their framework, they began to compromise; and having begun to compromise on minor nationalist issues, their compromises became progressively greater, until they conceded those “truly important” issues as well – and, eventually, lost their entire ideology.

Second, the commandment of reciting the Shema is, as we have already said, a declaration of the acceptance of the yoke of Heaven, which is the foundation of all – and it is also the way to bring the Redemption. We must always remember this: when working to bring the Redemption, we must always remain within the framework that G-d has dictated. It is He who establishes the rules and conditions for the Redemption. And the truth is that some of the central conditions of the Redemption fundamentally oppose the ideals of Western culture, which – unfortunately – greatly influence even those who speak highly of the Redemption. We must remember that to bring the Redemption, the first basic condition is acceptance of the yoke of Heaven. And this demands that we accept G-d's dictates in the nationalist sphere, too, whether we understand His reasons, or not, whether they are “acceptable” to us or not; for we are not “nationalists” - we are servants of Hashem.

Self-sacrifice has always been the central condition for hastening the redemption; and so is it in our days. The primary repentance that G-d demands for hastening the Redemption and preventing the terrible sufferings of the birth-pangs of the Mashiach is a return to genuine trust in G-d, tried and proven by our willingness to endanger ourselves for the sake of those mitzvot which appear “dangerous”. These mitzvot include annexation, and open and unabashed settlement of all parts of the Land of Israel; driving the Gentiles out of the Land without fear of what the nations (including America) will say; removing the foreigners from the Temple Mount and implementing our sovereignty there.

May we merit to properly fulfill the mitzvah of telling the Passover story, and to act upon the practical conclusions derived from learning about the first Redemption. Have a happy and kosher Passover.

BENADOR: Hoody Black Power Helps Obama Re-Election Bid

In a very timely fashion to serve Hussein Obama's purpose, black American Travis was recently killed.

It's not that Obama feels so close to his black American community, but they believe there is the color and fate connection with him, and, mistakenly they see him as "one of them." If only they knew.

Just in case they missed seeing the Obama-Medvedev "glitch" last week, and as far as we could observe it, there was a deep connection there, an amazing feeling of a commonality of goals among those two.

Black people may want to take a look at that segment, and see if they get that kind of connection with their president.

Now, many key people, led by the always present Al Sharpton, who managed to add a white guy to their team, have jumped into the bandwagon asking for the victim to be “vindicated”.

Truth of the matter is that there is no proof of the guilt of anyone, and yet the law makes this a non-case to prosecute anyone.

Regardless, the Obama machinery is out now to “use” to their benefit this event and they began by the infamous “hoody” which anyway is something that originally was used to protect yourself from the cold, the rain or snow on your way back from the gym or in a relaxing atmosphere.

“Hoody” is an unsocial clothing item that has been adopted in the official wardrobe of petty delinquency and then scaled up taken by rappers and so on... this social manifestation has slowly been adopted across the youngsters scenes throughout the country.

From that to now wanting to make it a standard way of dress, is like wanting to turn an inmate’s uniform into a regular cloth element is just unacceptable, especially when the reason for it is to promote inter-racial discord with the only purpose to sow discontent among Americans.

The infamous “hoody” has a charm and a very captivating feature: If, for some reason, you don't want to be recognized, what do you do? Go for the hoody! It may hide your face so you are not easily recognized, and therefore it’s not surprising that it has become one of the clothing items of choice for certain milieux. Robbers can be easily found wearing a “hoody”. Petty delinquents can as well use it as it will also cover their traces. And, just watch any crime film and, unavoidably, you will find your hoodied petty crime or murderer.

Pathetic Obama went out of his way to say that Travis could have been his son, which is also a sheer intentional manipulation of the black population that would do well to remember that in reality Obama has never made any mention of Martin Luther King in any of his major speeches. Has he?

But, one cannot say he is too far from the NAACP... of whom he is the shadow godfather...

It is also evident that the Obama machine is unstoppable if they put their mind to use whatever means to advance their agenda. The Obama Regime is one that was elected to advance the “democratic” program. Instead, those who foolishly voted for him, signed up a blank check for him with a memo saying: “Good for the Dismantlement of America.”

Obama has proven to be the worst president America had because above all, he is the most anti-American president we ever had.

And, besides selling America by bits to the global world, he is now taking the American black population slowly into the racist path.

Obama's racism against America is aiming against the white population.

So, he will get yet another descriptive: "The worst president ever, the one who turn Americans against Americans."

BENADOR: Morning Thoughts on Eve of Pesach

Tuesday and in barely three days more we, Jews, will celebrate our march towards freedom, from the total slavery that we were kept in under the Egyptian idolaters.

Did you know that only 20% of Jews decided to leave Egypt and followed Moshe towards freedom? 80% Jews, who were only "Jews" in name, decided to stay with their Egyptian masters.

Just as in America, 80% of Jews decided to vote for the candidate that would take them back to slavery.

What is Life?

Countless philosophers have made this the field of choice in their lives.

But, for Torah abiding Jews, life is not a question, it is a path... clearly delineated in G-d's book for us, the Torah, an instruction manual that is not put up for choice, but rather a very strict establishment of what G-d's World is expecting us to fulfill.

Just as the galaxies and the stars in the firmament are orderly placed, just as the neutrons, protons and electrons inside the atoms have a precise formation and just as the cells in our bodies have a perfect functioning system... so are we to obey G-d's Laws, without any questioning, simply because He Wants us to do so.

And, although egotistic mankind have eyes to see and ears to listen, it seems that there is hardly anyone seeing or listening, and even less of those actually following in the words and the Laws of G-d.

It's time to look around: the world outside planet Earth is well structured. The animal world is also following a pattern. And so is all else in between.

All else... except us...

To be clear it's not about being "good".

It is about doing what is "right".

It is about using what G-d has given us as His Gifts: our brains, our will, our heart...

We are supposed to let our hearts beat for what's right. Misplaced compassion is only that: misplaced. You cannot have compassion with an enemy who wants to slit your throats. You cannot have compassion with someone who wants to force you to believe something you don't want to believe in -for instance, as much as I do not agree with some beliefs, I would never interfere with their believers, because they have the right to choose. If and when they are ready to find further truths, that's up to them and not up to me. That's the difference between evil and goodness.

We have our brains to give us clarity in our thinking. Our brains are a magnificent muscle and yet we probably use only 10% of its functioning capability... that's too little, because comparatively dogs use more of their brains than us.

Why? In this 21st century, mankind must think of moving towards further progress, not allow themselves to be pulled into a fatal regression.

The 21st century should be marked by progress in science, culture, inventions, technology, business... but above all, in progress making our lives worthier of the Teachings of G-d simply because He has said so in a very particular manner, and we are not to question it. Yet, mankind refuses to learn the lessons of History. Whenever mankind has strayed, we have been ruthlessly punished. G-d is patient. But He has a limit to His Patience, as we have seen it -for those who choose to see.

To be clear, "goodness" implies our ability to defend our lives from being attacked by any enemy who wants to annihilate us -by no means are we expected to be good to an enemy who wants to do us harm. We are actually to neutralize that enemy before it even gets close to us.

So, as I wake up, on a sunny day, I pray to G-d for strength and for wisdom, but most of all, I pray for this corrupted society to stop following their twisted newly-adopted and ever more degenerated values that are turning everyone blind and paralyzed in front of evil.

May G-d bless you with wisdom and strength to stand for what is Right and to fight for it.
