On Shabbat, we bless our children with their own blessing, and hugs, kisses, and we take our time to show them our love, our support, our encouragement.. Letting them feel the love of G-d and their parents...
So, here it is, the Shabbat Blessing for daughters...
asking G-d to make them like Sarah, Rebecca, Rachel and Leah. These four women are the matriarchs of the Jewish people.
English: May G-d make you like Sarah, Rebecca, Rachel and Leah.
Transliteration: Ye'simech Elohim ke-Sarah, Rivka, Rachel ve-Leah.
English: May G-d bless you and protect you. May G-d’s face shine toward you and show you favor. May G-d look favorably upon you and grant you peace.
Transliteration: Ye'varech'echa HaSh-m ve'yish'merecha. Ya'ir HaSh-m panav eilecha viy-chuneka. Yisa HaSh-m panav eilecha, ve'yasim lecha shalom.
