BENADOR: Tyranny on Rise: Obama vs Supreme Court but with Muslim Brotherhood

“Yesterday the president went out of his way to try to exert maximum pressure on the Supreme Court judges. Where was the uproar?“ Eliana Benador In an unprecedented moment, Obama left for posterity, his tape showing how he overstepped the law, as you can see here. First of all, he lied: in reality, the health care law, the Affordable Care Act, ACA, was not passed unanimously as he lied. The ACA was passed by a party-line vote in the Senate and seven votes in the House, and what is more striking is that it passed without NO support of ANY of the Republicans. Going ahead with his anti-America project in order to tyrannize the country and enslave the American population in a revenge worthy of his “father’s dream,” Obama used a psychological approach to intimidate the adversary, none other than the justices of the American Supreme Court themselves. With an insolence that he has been used to, ever since he was granted the lease of Pennsylvania Avenue 1600, the soon to finish his term in the White House, Barack Hussein Obama overstepped his role and his power. In front of America and the world Obama issued a veiled warning to the judges to not be led by what he offensively called “judicial activism, or political activity on the part of the justices,” when in reality they are simply supposed to show fidelity to the Constitution of the Republic of the United States of America. America’s Founding Father, Alexander Hamilton presented it clearly in The Federalist Papers where he simply explained that the Supreme Court and its judges’ fidelity to the Constitution itself was the highest expression of fidelity to “We the People of the United States,” the body of representatives who ratified the Constitution. Bottom line is that, Obama is really having an issue with the Judicial review which he is obviously considering as an usurpation of his apparent tyrannical goals. Therefore, if the ACA's individual mandate is rejected, this will be fully within the legitimate exercise of the judicial powers of the Supreme Court and that’s the way in which the rule of law is preserved in the United States of America. What is the problem with the Affordable Care Act? In a nutshell, it would be the very first time in our history, that a law would make it compulsory for every American adult to participate “in commerce,” which is not permitted by our Constitution. Note that what our Constitution actually permits is to “regulate” commerce, not to impose it on every single American adult. Obama’s Supreme Court Appointees There are nine Supreme Justices. Two of them, Sonia Sotomayor and Elena Kagan, are Obama’s appointees. They were both elected by 68-31 and 63-37, respectively. Apparently, Sonia Sotomayor though appointed by Obama, considers herself an independent. But, how independent might she be. Will she choose country or the man who appointed her? It is known that presidents appoint justices in order to have their views represented and also to allow for their power and influence to survive them beyond the end of their respective terms. Obama a “democrat” for the world, not for America Will the Supreme Court Justices realize how radically different Obama is from what we could consider the “regular” American guy. The “regular” American President? No, he is most certainly not that, by far. Obama’s global and anti-colonialist agenda overwhelms his attitude to our country. This is a man that is up to destroy the essence of America. And, so far, he is succeeding. Meanwhile... Muslim Brotherhood Delegation Visits Washington “We represent a moderate, centrist Muslim viewpoint. The priorities for us are mainly economic, political — preserving the revolution ideals of social justice, education, security for the people,” Sondos Asem, a member of the delegation, said Tuesday in an interview with reporters and editors of The Washington Post. And, gullible Americans take it on face value. But, there is more than meet the eye here. There is the ever looming presence of Islamic, Muslim taqqiya... the right of a Muslim to distort the truth at will in order to advance the Islamic agenda of world domination. And, if murderers, terrorists, need to show their teeth in smiling to prove naive Americans how nice they are, that’s what you will see them doing. That’s for sure. So, it’s time for the murderers, the terrorists who support Hamas and Muslim terror in general, to visit Washington, D.C., and one should not be surprised if one of these days, we see our president beaming next to his “friends” the Muslim Brotherhood representatives in a visit where they most likely won’t forget to thank him for having facilitated their ascension to power and, most importantly, to legitimacy, because before Obama, the Brotherhood was banned and repressed by President Mubarak’s regime. It would be lame to pretend the brothers did not instigate the uprising against him, but working underground, who knows where the truth is. Fact of the matter is that in the end, the Muslim Brotherhood has been the main beneficiary of free elections which have push them not only to legitimacy but also to the brink of power at a national, regional thanks to active support given by the American president to this terrorist group, one of the leading enemies of the West, including Europe, America and the Land of Israel. Legitimacy may be new for the brothers, but they managed to spread their influence beyond Egypt in their 84-year history, and the so-called Arab Spring has opened broad new political horizons in which the group hopes will reflect its founder, Hassan al-Banna’s vision who, beyond Arab unity, believed in Islamic unity. Supreme Court Judge Ginsburg dissing American Constitution Late January 2012, Ruth Bader Ginsburg, Supreme Court Judge, visited the post-Mubarak Egypt. At the end of an address to students in Egypt, Judge Ginsburg, America’s judicial representative, counseled the Egyptians that, if she were in their stead, “I would not look to the U.S. Constitution, if I were drafting a constitution in the year 2012.” And, why so, when this document has reflected and ensured the God-given “blessings of liberty” of the American people for over 200 years? Instead, Ginsburg went on to point to countries whose people look to government, and not God Almighty, as the giver of their rights. If only the American people would care, they would have immediately moved to demand the immediate “leave” of Judge Ginsburg. Hers was treason to the serious job she was entrusted with. But, as someone said: “If the people don’t care, then the best constitution in the world won’t make any difference,” That was Ginsburg who said it -and in that, she was right. Supreme Court Moment of Truth As such, with all this information, how are we going to trust the Supreme Court? It is maybe for them to take a look at this address by Professor Dinesh D’Souza, on Obama, the Manchurian president, the democrat who is not who we believe are real American democrats. Obama is looking to disintegrate America’s Exceptionalism and he is succeeding with the help of our highest ranking military and, now, maybe even with the help of the justices of the Supreme Court. God forbid. But, the truth is that Obama is counting with someone special to succeed destroying America and her Exceptionalism in the world: The indifferent American people, republicans and democrats alike. The American People at large, with their inaction, has decided to become Hussein Obama’s best ally to destroy this beautiful, incomparable country. May God bless and protect America.
